You can find it in the practical vacuum pack. The quantity of flour present in the package is ideal in particular for the preparation of traditional Piedmontese hazelnut cake.

INGREDIENTS
- 100 gr of butter
- 4 eggs
- 220 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of hazelnut flour
- 40 grams of flour 00
- 1 sachet of yeast
METHOD
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are frothy, then add the butter left to soften previously. In a bowl, mix the 00 flour, the hazelnut flour and the yeast. Add the powders to the egg mixture to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Line a 24cm diameter mold with parchment paper, then turn over the freshly made amalgam and level it well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° and cook until it comes out dry by sticking a toothpick. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and chopped hazelnuts.
