Artisan spreadable cream produced from our “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” hazelnuts. Excellent for
preparation of cakes and desserts, but also simply on bread or rusks.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts 55%, cocoa, sugar, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin.
The formation of a layer of oil on the surface is absolutely normal. Hazelnuts contain
in fact a high percentage of oil that tends to rise to the surface. We therefore recommend mixing
slightly before use.
