Upon your arrival you will be greeted by Luca and Ilaria, the young winemakers of the company. You will enter the heart of the cellar which is located in the old farmhouse, which has always been owned by the Bertello family. Together with us you will visit the artisan laboratory where the vinification and aging of wines take place You can taste some wines, directly from the tub! We end at the table with further convivial tasting of 2 wines of your choice accompanied by our products made in Roero! Between a glass of Roero Arneis and one of Nebbiolo, you will taste the Roero honeys and our hazelnuts. Together with the artisan creams we offer you a cichet (short) ofNebbiolo Chinato.
It is also possible to make a comfortable visit outside the winery for get to know the young and “old” vineyards , discovering the small, but great differences. The Cascina is located on the top of a hill from which you can admire, in addition to the typical panorama, the Rocche del Roero chain with its medieval castles , vineyards and orchards.
